QUEER SUPPORT GROUPS

With legislatures and school boards making it less safe to exist as a queer person, it became clear to us that dedicated safe spaces for queer adults and youth in Katy was desperately needed. We offer peer support groups for youth and adults.

K-PLACE

K-PLACE is our church’s safe space to support queer youth. Currently we host a Queer support group the SECOND Monday and FOURTH Tuesday of each month at 7pm.

This space also hosts local Gay-Straight Alliance meetings and other queer-friendly groups, educational opportunities, and (in collaboration with the health department) HIV and STI testing.

T-PLACE

T-PLACE is our church’s peer support group for individuals ages 18+.

This gathering is open to all trans, non-binary, two-spirit, intersex, and gender questioning persons.

T-Place meets the SECOND Monday of each month at 7pm.
